We went to St. George a few weeks ago to watch Drew's cousin, Keb compete in the Ironman. It was a great experience, and very inspiring. Keb has the perfect excuse for not exercising, and yet he pushed himself to do the Ironman. There was a story written about him in the Daily Herald. Here's the link-

That's such a cool story! He makes the rest of us look really bad but his story is super inspiring :)

That is a super cool story.. It makes my excuses seem REALLY lame!! Its such a small world, the girl who did the story is one of my best friends!She lives out here by us. WEIRD!
